{"id":71,"date":"2016-08-09T20:24:51","date_gmt":"2016-08-09T20:24:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/associationfiat.com\/?page_id=71"},"modified":"2017-07-31T10:03:28","modified_gmt":"2017-07-31T10:03:28","slug":"evangelical-zeal","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/associationfiat.com\/en\/about-fiat\/spirituality\/evangelical-zeal\/","title":{"rendered":"Evangelical zeal"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"lecture\">\n<p>The Christian is called to witness, at the heart of the world, to the existence of the Trinitarian God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit, who calls us to enter into an intimate relationship with Him, as the Virgin Mary was called to do at the Annunciation.<\/p>\n<p>The spirituality of the Christian of the third millennium will be at once profoundly filial and universally fraternal, under the impetus of the Holy Spirit. As a baptized person, a Christian will in essence be an evangelizer, for he or she cannot conceal the joy that dwells within him or her nor the mission received from Jesus to <em>&#8220;Go and teach all the nations.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The book <em>&#8220;The Christian at the Dawn of a New Era&#8221;<\/em> (Cardinal Suenens &#8211; 1996) ends with an &#8220;evangelical commitment&#8221; which is presented as a spiritual journey, and which gives us at the same time the necessary signposts for every action undertaken: <em>&#8220;go and bear fruit and that your fruit may abide&#8221;<\/em> (Jn.15.16).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Christian is called to witness, at the heart of the world, to the existence of the Trinitarian God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit, who calls us to enter into an intimate relationship with Him, as the Virgin Mary was called to do at the [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":0,"parent":59,"menu_order":4,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"tags":[],"class_list":["post-71","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
